Applied for cellc new contract - reference spi003212415 on 22nd MArch 2013. It was meant to take 5-7 days for delivery. I havent heard anything from cellc. Attepts to contact cellc through email have been ignored. CAll centre does not pickup after waiting for 20 minutes (NOT TOLLFREE COS I'M NOT YET A CUSTOMER!!). Went to CellC shop and they cannot help me even with reference number... Totally pathetic service!!!
