Resolving Autopage porting issue

I would like to thank Teddy at Cellc for his outstanding assistance resolving my issue. My contract with Autopage ended last year and i requested to be a pre-paid customer. Autopage advised that my account is active with cellc on a pre-paid basism, however when i experienced problems with the network and called cellc last year were the agents not able to view my detials. I called Autoage and reported the issue and they convinced me, my account details is with cellc. Nevertheless i manage to resolve the issue on my own but last week satuday have i lost my phone with the simcard and needed to do a simswop. I thought by this time the issue would have been resolved but when i called cellc they once again told me they not able to view my cellphone number. I called Autopage and explained the situation and requested for my cellphone number to be handed over to cellc, they advised their dealings is only with contracts and not pre-paid. I have been sent from pillar to post but finally Teddy from cellc parktown call centre resolved my issue after months. Teddy advised my cell number is still with nashua as he checked the database and located the number to cellc. thanks Teddy!
