After a complaint last week referring to the reference above, and being overseas without the capability of sending SMS' and being forced to be out of touch with friends and family, I've subsequently returned home and have had NO response from CellC! I'm currently overseas again, and still, can not send SMS' once again, putting me out of contact with people back home! I think CellC needs a serious wake up and need to start tending to their customers if they want to survive! In the meantime, I've placed a "stop payment" on my debit order as I'll be damned if CellC gets another cent out of me for a phone and contract that is absolutely useless to me! I want no other response from CellC other then an address and contact person that I can arrange with to return the phone, cancel this contract and port my number back to MTN. Also note, that the Ombudsman and I are finalizing the last bit of legalities and soon you'll have a letter from them with the case number. As far as I'm concerned, I'm done with the most pathetic, useless, careless carrier: CellC!
