I noticed on Friday afternoon, that all my airtime, which I had purchased the previous week, had just disappeared. Went onto the net and saw that it was all due to internet charges... which shouldn't be the case at all... phoned Vodacom and a complaint was logged. As it was a long weekend, I didn't expect any results till Monday morning. Low and behold as I woke up this morning Michael called me, to inform me, not only was my money returned, but an extra amount was added for my discomfort. What a surprise. Well done Vodacom, you need more employees like him
