My mtn contract is just a few months old and for the first few months my bill was more or less the same as my previous contract. For the last two billed months I felt that I had exceeded my desired billed amount and went onto contact mtn to cap it so that I am notified of reaching a cetrain bill amount. Previously, I was able to change my contract telephonically and even set a limit to my bill. The response I get when I tried to do the same this time around is that mtn no longer does it! But why? Is this the catch??
I am now having trouble getting through to the service desk (808) because the machine runs in circles, giving you the same option twice! I've been to mtn stores asking for help but always get told that they are unable to, because they do not deal with company contracts?? Then I ask myself, is Mtn not one and the same company?
Very annoyed!!
