Virgin Mobile Mobilises false claims

From SDAfter spending February - June 2012 religiously paying on the 25th monies owed to virgin mobile after receiving the incorrect phone. I fully paid off the R2000 and plus rand owed.
For Which I never received a cent of the R2400 airtime which I was promised in terms of the telephonic contract as I was promised. After phoning me to confirm that the funds had been in fact been received and the debt settled in 2012. You can imagine my shock and horror in receiving final demand requests from the same supplier in 2013 that had confirmed my debt settled in 2012, demanding me to furnish them with deposit slips from a year prior!
Which is ridiculous as I had gotten rid off these after being cleared of the debt and they're continuous follow up calls confirming receipt of monies. So when I called them to query I was initially told there was an error on their side, which would be corrected and the final demand message was sent to me in error and would be rectified immediately. I don't know if this treatment of their customers is in fact with Richard Brandson's values and those of his globally respected brand. But I can sure tell you there is nothing virtuous about virgin mobile's treatmen
