Last year I went into a cell c store to get a duplicate micro sim on my contract as I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S3.. at that time i had numerous issues, its was a duplicate sim to my existing contract but they gave me new number, also i could not dial international numbers as required. I did call cell c to complain and even had a report here but still not resolved... I eventually put that sim away and had my original cut to fit... Recently I lost my phone and I had to use that spare sim as it was linked to my Contract and all the same problems returned..
What makes it worse is that whenever I call the call centre for assistance they tell me its a prepaid number... I first wait forever to speak to somebody then they cant help me, then I get transferred to wait another 20 minutes or so for assistance. I am really sick and tired of all cell c customer service issues. I am dealing with the phone number issue, I still cant make international calls. I still cant get proper service when i call.
Common Cell C. I am a paying customer that needs proper service!!!
