I'm in the process of changing my ISP, because my current one, and I happened to stumble upon OpenWeb's site last night.
From current Hellopeter reports, and from what friends have told me about the efficient service they had personally received from OpenWeb, I decided to drop them an email last night to find out a bit more about their offerings.
Even though their website says that their operational hours for email queries is 08:00-21:00, I sent the email at 22:10 and was surprised when I got a response at 22:25 from Charmaine!
This morning I requested a GOLD ORANGE 2Mbps UNCAPPED trial account, and due to their efficient service and wonderfully prompt communication, I was browsing through OpenWeb within 2 hours!
Thank you very much Charmaine for the sterling service and wonderful job, if only all companies could be as friendly and have such efficient service as this one.
It looks like I'm going to take the plunge, they seem fantastic!
