Terms and conditions not clear

Upon joining Mweb I asked the consultant what the maximum download limits would be. They kept on confirming that this is a uncapped package with no data limitations.

I kept on requesting information and was then told that I should not accede 80Gig a week. I received an e-mail from mweb warning me about excessive Internet usage. They referred me to the Term and conditions page but nowhere does it give an actual amount. They state at their discretion.

According to me this is a uncapped service and they should explain why it is not one anymore. I would further like to know how this fits into the treating clients fairly act.

If I am not satisfied with this answer I will take this complaint to the Ombudsman / consumer protectorate.

These kind of up in the air made up discretions cannot be moved or changed willy nilly.
