NO INTERNET FOR MORE THAN A WEEK

How long does it take to restore our Internet? We are trying to run a medical practice and cannot do so without the Internet. We cannot access lab and X-ray results, we cannot bank, etc.
IT HAS BEEN A WEEK WITH NO ACCESS AND MONTHS OF INTERRUPTED SERVICE!!!
We call every morning and are given a different excuse each time. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
Who is going to credit us for what we are paying for?

Please fix immediately.
