Not helpful and rude

I've always been happy with using the mtn network but the when I called the call centre to blacklist my number because it was, I spoke to the rudest person called phumza who knows nothing about how to speak to customers and this is not the first time I had a problem with their customer support even most of my dread the day they have to call the mtn callcentre 173.I'm really dissappointed and hope this network can teach their employees manners
