I have just spoken to Jacky at your Call centre who is the rudest and most unprofessional call centre agent I have come across. Unfortunately I called Bonita's because I have a problem and I get this rude arrogant attitude. Call centre agents are there to provide a service and because of this arrogant attitude I am no further in resolving my problem. This is so disappointing to get one person that gives the organisation such a bad impression. When I spoke to Monique yesterday in your chronic department what a breathe of fresh air and now I speak to Jacky. Monique can sure teach Jacky about customer service.
