Billed for a service not rendered

Telkom has billed Amelia Mlokothi for an internet connection which was never succesfully connected. To add more the period was supposed to be a free internet connection of three months promotion for new clients. This matter was brought to the attention of telkom via their call center. At this stage telkom is threatning to list Amelia on the credit bureau. Amelia explained that she is now only interested in the house telephone and no more in internet. The house phone had also a crossed line problem which the company failed to fix and opted to suspend the service. The house number is 021361 4414. Amelia is willing to pay for the line and calls made.
