MWEB technical service staff are incompetent

Hi,

I have queried a technical support call with them regarding their MAIL services last Year 2012 November, when we send mail to any of [URL Removed] mail addresses they bounce back with error 550 User Unknown, and have asked them how do we resolve this issue. Till this day they still cannot resolve my issue and whats more frustrating is you cannot reach them telephonicaly they say they respond to mail after 48hrs... i'm still waiting their call center is not helpful at all.
