I contacted Mweb's Technical support department a little while ago to assist me with a Wi-Fi Set-up issue and as always, the staff member - didn't get his name, apologies :-( went out of his way to ensure that my connectivity was restored and my problems solved.
I love that they are available at 8pm on a Friday night!
