How Standard bank likes to waste my time

How Standard bank likes to waste my time... Day 1: I got to the Tygor Manor branch and stood in a queue for over an hour only to be told that my card had actually been sent to Tyger Valley Branch. I went to Tyger Valley Branch to Pick up my card. After standing in the queue for more than an hour AGAIN!!! I was told that my card had been shredded??? So from within the bank I phoned card services and ordered a new card. They told me it would be 4-5 working days. Day 2 (4 working days later): Got phone and text-ed that my card is at Tyger Valley Branch. Day 3 (5 working days later): I went to Tyger Valley Branch and stood in a long queue yet again, only to be told that my card was not there!!! Where is my CARD???
