CELL C: MANAGER: ELTON DANIELS: SOMERSET MALL

I am still waiting for a refund since 15 June 2013! The MANAGER: ELTON DANIELS, has made absolutely no effort at all since 15 June 2013. I also had to "train" him as to how to handle returns! So much fro a manager! he doesnt come back to you, answer calls, return calls or answer e-mails! This is really pathetic service, why is ELTON DANIELS a manager if he is not properly trained? RE.
