Absolute incompetence and zero customer service

I took out a cell C contract on the 7th May, with Tuli at festival mall, and instead of putting the contract on the number I gave to him, he put the contract onto the number that I use for my data access to the internet. My data package expired during May and I renewed it for R1299 on 3 June. I then noticed that I did not receive what was promised in the contract and queried this on the 12th June at festival mall, this is when the error was noted and from then I have just been passed from one person to the next! My data sim card has been cancelled and I have lost my R1299. At festival mall I dealt with Thabogo, who passed me on to Lucas, then to Lerato, onto Danel, to Queen then to Tuli and finally to Leslie, who all seem to be waiting for an answer from Patrick, the regional manager who doesn't seem to exist. No one returns my calls, and now on the 21st, more than a week later, I am left with the same answer - we are waiting for head office. I wish they would spend less money on idiotic advertising, and more on training staff to do their job properly and provide some degree of customer service.
