After almost 4 months and no help or contact from the SOMERSET MALL, MANAGER, ELTON DANIELS, I am still waiting for my refund! Amazing how quick Cell C is to take your money, but o, so very slow to refund! The last man from Cell C said: The money will be in your account tomorrow! Well that was 6 weeks ago! I am still waiting! Maybe Cell C should stop their big TV adverts and concentrate on their refund department! Is this to earn more interest, thus not paying refunds? Pathetic service! Well lets see how long this is going to take now! As i said, 4 months now for a refund! Pathetic CELL C!
