Hi, I took out a Cell C phone contract and returned my handset on day 3. The manager is either totally ignorant or trying to safe a needed sale it looks like. I had to inform the manager at Somerset Mall that I need to fill in a 'TERMINATION OF CONTRACT FORM", which he didn't know! I phoned head office, and they also informed him that I may terminate a contract on day 3. And when you phone 084140 or 084145 one goes through all there menus, which dont really work, as you get to step 1 again! How pathetic! My good advise - PLEASE STAY WITH VODACOM OR MTN, dont fall for the huge Cell C advert on TV, the back-up service is pathetic! I am still waiting for my refund.
