In response to my complaint of 4 January 2013, Elton Ray contacted me in an effort to resolve my dissatisfaction with the service provided by this company.
He was extremely courteous, helpful, sympathetic and took the time to let me know what he was doing every step of the way. He managed, in a few days, to ease my frustration and earn a satisfied customer for the company.
Reckitt Benckiser I certainly hope you appreciate this person as he is a credit to your organisation. You would do well to employ more like him!
