TOTAL INCOMPETENCE

I upgraded my phone and changed from MTN to Cell C but kept my number.
I got my new phone and Nashua were supposed to cancel my number on my old phone within 24 hours. 10 days later I had two phones with the same number and both phones went to voicemail and clients could not contact me. I went to the local Nashual store who were helpful and send the request to cancel my original phone to head office. NO APOLOGY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE
A week later my phone was soft locked. Why?? I found out it was because of Rica which was done several years ago. Again, no explanation, no phone call to ask if this had beendone - they just soft locked my phone. 3 days to sort. Did I get an apology for their error - NO OF COURSE NOT.
Now they have soft locked me again. They say I have not paid my invoice which is over R1000 for an account which is normally R617. Do I get an explanation - NO. I do not understand their statement and why must I pay double with no explanation. They have cost me time, money and petrol and a deduction in their statement for this should be made. THESE ARE ALL ERRORS MADE BY NASHUA BUT I THE CLIENT AM MADE TO SUFFER. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. NEVER AN APOLOGY
