This is in relation to a report i posted earlier, also regarding autopage's (lack of) customer care and support.

i did receive a call from an autopage agent shortly after posting my complaint, that seems to be lip service and gives the impression that the hello peter site is merely a p.r tool to show customer care... a case creating a metric to display quality of service without actually delivering a service.
after a few emails, and a call or two, with no action i've had no feedback or assistance regarding my original issue which was lack of cellular connectivity (in urban areas and along the n3 freeway) on the cell c network.
