Poor customer service

I have been trying to port my prepaid mtn number to a prepaid vodacom number for more than a week! I have wasted my time visiting 2 different vodashops 3 times with a small baby! At the last shop they actually told me to rather go to the mtn store to ask for assistance! The mtn store said I was mad as this has nothing to do with them, I then tried sending an email to vodacom via their website, they actually phoned me back and put me through to the "porting" department who told me they only deal with contracts and that I needed to go to a vodashop to help me! Seems like vodacom is doing too well and doesn't need my business! They also seriously need to invest in customer service training and product knowledge training for their in store consultants!
