I came for training to this company, everything was going well and I enjoyed it, was making sales and really proved my worth, but today I was really sick and I still went to work, I tried my best but could not make it, so I went to the managers for assistance, their response was if u wana go home then don't come back, I begged and pleaded as I really needed this job, now I have to go to an ent specialist cause my problem is worse than I thought, they said they would pay me for training, and now nobody wants to help me when I ask them if I'm getting paid for training, VODACOM is directly affiliated with this company, are big corporations allowed to treat people like because they really need a job, somebody please assist me.
