Hello.been trying to sort out so many Vodacom hassels.
Was informed that if i had Whatsapp on my phone the gaurentee would be cancelled
Took out a new data contract and had to purchase a new modem.
After endless problems with the modem i finally found out the modem i purchassed was exactly the same as the previous modem. I had been conned into buying exactly what i already had.
Great for sales and turnover!!
After trying to get hold of Andrew the manager i eventually went back to his Cresta branch
the caos, the screaming angry customers, the general anarchy.
Eventually I recieved help and was told Andrew, covieniently was not in the store, however every question i asked her, she stood up and informed me that she was going to ask advice "at the back"???
Andrew was "in the back"answering my questions via a colleage, A MANAGER, REFUSING TO HAVE THE TO DEAL WITH A CUSTOMER!!!
Never waste your'e time at this branch, you will leave angry, frustrated and unhappy
