My blood is boiling at this point. I have had ILLEGAL deductions made from my cell c account for a company by the name of OPETA014. After phoning 084 194 2222 as given to me from Cell C I spoke to a lady by the name of Megan who can't even "pick up" my number on their system!!! She has no info on me and can't tell me why these payments have been deducted from my account.
I have put a cap on my account as I cannot afford to pay more then R399 p/month on my new contract but yet for the past 2 months my bill has been nearly R600.
I was informed by Megan that Cell C needs to contact her and have spoken to a Zaneli at Cell C who said she will log a complaint for me. If this matter is not rectify by Friday 10/05/2013 I will cancel my debit order till this mess is sorted out. I CANNOT and shall not allow for illegal monies to be taken of my account.
