After my last complaint promises was made that they will contact me but until today NO ONE phoned so that this issue can be discussed, I am the one getting a bad name because you are not following up on you're promises!!! there is a problem with the legal departments telephone lines as said previously and until now nothing is been done to fix it, this is poor client service from one of the biggest companies in SA
