I received an email yesterday from vericred collections a letter of demand for non payment on our dstv account however my husband did a internet transfer to multichoice on sunday evening! I have tried to phone vericred and there fone just rings or its engaged, which I find strange for a collections company then I phone multichoice and the lady I spoke to transfered me to another department which they to didn't answer the phone then voice prompt came on to say leave a message to which I did and still waiting for someone to call me back!
How can u send someone to a collections company if payment has been made!!!
Am so annoyed!!!
