Upon receiving my new phone and contract with cell c and deciding to keep my number from Vodacom and move to cell c I still have no registration on the network. Every single day I call 084145 and have to explain the entire story again with the call centre promising me that they are activating my number. What a sad service. I have my new phone but cannot use it@!! I would love to see what my Telkom account will look like from all the calls so far. Yes call cell c direct and don't pay for connection fees etc but toy sure pay for time and calls to themThey blame it on a technical error but how long am I going to wait to be connected???
