I have been trying to convert my e-mail (through Cybertrade) from a dial-up to read through my network... a seemingly simple task... but not with Cybertrade...
I is, firstly impossible to get hold of Cybertrade (the number that they give you is 0800578578 - this takes you to telkom and then they have no idea how to transfer you...) I have spent hours holding on and had people just put the phone down on me because they don't know what to do...
Can Cybertrade please advertise a proper support line with people who know how to help... this telkon service is soooo frustrating...
