POOR custmore sevices at vodacom 3G Clavendish

I visited the Vodacom 3G store Cavendish Square, on the 7th August 2013, on behalf of my brother, Patrick Lategan. Patrick recently purchased a new phone, and the software was giving problems. I visited Vodacom in order to collect his repaired phone, and also to find information on how long he has had his account and the policy on repairs and replacements.
I spoke to Rochelle at the help desk. The sales assistant was regrettably unhelpful and appeared to be either eating while speaking to me, that made understanding her very difficult. She also seemed to rush the consultation and none of my queries were answered properly. When I asked her to look up specific information on his account, she could not find the information. However I feel that she either was not interested in looking or did not know where to look. Surely something as simple as looking up the date of issue of the account, should not be difficult?
I do feel that Vodacoms' Credit Act was not applied in the correct manner, and that the service I received was slow and unprofessional.
