we took out a contract with top up and now suddenly the telephone line were open so my son could use the phone as much as he would like to..i queried at our nearest branch about 10 days ago, matter sorted only today 21/8/2013, his bbm and whatsup restored and we were advised that we were over charged R963? we would like to know how this refund is going to take place as we don't want it to be credited to the cellphone, we want either monies to be paid back to our bank acc or we are NOT going to pay an account (debitorder) the end of the month?? why do we have to wait a full month for refund?
Internet nr 0834175953 -several ref numbers logged with mtn locally and the call centre - cant find contract at metrofile- we did NOT have a open line - since april 2013 we are receiving a bill for internet alone r1600 pm -we specifically said to the sales agent NO open lines - we are still waiting for refund as billing query was logged 5/8/2013 - we did not have a open line in jan 2013 this year as we applied for a job overseas and as soon as gig was used up the system logged us out!!
