NO NETWORK COVERAGE

I WANT THEM TO GET THE RECORDING FOR 05/08/2013 AND SORT THIS OUT.

I WAS TOLD WE HAVE 2 OPTIONS: 1) CANCEL CONTRACT 2) KEEP CONTRACT BUT DUE TO POOR NETWORK COVERAGE THE REMAINDER OF THE 24 MONTHS WILL BE FOR FREE.

I FOLLOWED UP TODAY ON AN E-MAIL THAT I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. AND NOW THE STORY HAS CHANGED AND I AM THE FOOL.

I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF SOMEONE CAN CALL ME SO THAT I CAN STATE MY CONCERN. TO MUCH TO WRIGHT IT DOWN.
