Charged for a full month for one day

On friday the 2nd of August i called to upgrade my internet services to uncapped... i did this on the new month so i wouldnt be charged pro rate... they upgraded it no problem...

today i get my bill and i am charged DOUBLE... so i call them and said what is going on... they say the month runs from the 3rd so i am getting charged for the whole month of JULY... even though i only did it on the 2nd of august... no on bothered to inform me on the phone that i would be back paying... that i should wait 8 hours and then save R175... i then have a very rude lady shouting at me on the phone.

I am disgusted by the service and blantant of my money.
