No Reception, dropped calls costing me money

I previously lodged a complaint about the poor network coverage in the Sandton area.

I have received two calls from cell C where I was prompted to complete a network problem identification sheet for the Randparkridge area where I live (Also choppy reception no change as of yet)

Due to the nature of my work I cannot afford to drop and miss calls constantly. My clients have also mentioned to me that they are connected with different people when trying to call me. Lastly I called my own voicemail service 15 times today to try and get some information of who called me.

How can you not have any service in Sandton? This is the business capital of South Africa? Your explanation of network upgrades is also not acceptable. How can you advertize that you cover some 90% of the country? I cannot wait for you to fix your network.

I do not want to be on your network any longer. Please prepare documentation to transfer my number away from Cell C.
I am not willing to pay any fines or penalties as I am currently paying 399 a month for a glorified alarm clock.

Waiting for your call, but that might take some time as I do not have any service.
