No response to get cybertrade

I have applied four weeks ago for a cybertrade account. The call centre agent said I must fax it back to them, as I did. Two weeks later phoned in again to check the status. Nobdy has recieved my documents so I logged a complaint on Hellopeter.com. We got a call on our landline to say we must scan the documents and email it to the address [Email Removed] and then this agent will contact us back with the login in detais, that was on the 3 of Feb 2013 when I have emailed the docs. No reply!!!

I cant deal with telkoms agents anymore. Had enough.
