My one client still on dial up as well, has now experienced an invalid user name/password since last monday (26 Aug 2013). They keep on saying cybertrade technicians are working on it. So today I insisted on talking to some superior. The guy I then spoke to, very understanding, and agreeing this is long overdue, said he will phone me back. Why does telkom not close the cybertrade branch or sell it out, instead of causing a lot of people the frustration, if they cant support it.
