Telkom Cybertrade (No one knows what to do)

I have phoned Cybertrade 2weeks ago regarding a cybertrade application. I have recieved the documents and completed it and faxed it back on the 24th of January 2013. 3 days later, no one has recieved my documentation and they cant assist me. I need cybertrade ASAP.

Telkom please help, I can't deal with this anymore.
