Upgrade Nightmare

Hi,
I did an upgrade recently with Cell C but what a disappointed. Firstly the consultant wasn't aware of the newspaper add nor the cell phone I wanted (S4 mini). Eventually after telling me I'm mistaken he apologized as he wasn't aware of the offer and he informed me that I need to call again as they do not have the cell phone available yet, may I add this was the upgrades department. After completing the upgrade on 1 Aug 13, I receive the cell phone without a sim. I called immediately and a very rude unhelpful consultant informed me that I need to cut my current sim and insert it into my new phone I refused because as a benefit ordering direct with cell c you get your free delivery, free connection & sim. I was then transferred to various consultants and finally was told they would need the POD first before they can order a sim. The next day I called again after 37mins speaking to 3 different consultants in 2 different departments and leaving a message for a supervisor or manager to return my call - I'm still waiting and it's the 7/08/2013 already. I now have a cell phone in box without a sim card that I am paying for due to a mistake cell c made.
