Sterling service even under pressure!

I've been very impressed for years with the superior customer service I have received from RASWeb in Cape Town. This week I put them to the test again. I had a difficult requirement; that they take the time to show my partner in person; how she could setup a new iBurst desktop modem and a Linksys WIFI router. Throw into this mix some rather lackluster service from iBurst who put RSAWeb the reseller in a difficult position.

To be honest, I would never deal with iBurst if it wasn't for Clint Hufkie at RSAWeb. I have very little confidence in iBurst's client service ability. My unresolved blacklisted modem which I purchased from someone is a perfect example. It is only through the exceptional service this reseller has given me over the years that I have just extended my contract (I will have been a iBurst client for 6 years only through RSAWeb). If you are considering getting either web hosting, email or Internet access; do yourself a favour go directly to RSAWeb. This company lives and breathes client care.
