Incorrect Billing Charges

On 7th August I was billed for R2900 on my contracts at MTN which normally cost - R1200. After investigating I found that my data package that normally cost R149 was R1680. I called Customer Services on the 17 August and explained my situation they ensured me that the data section will contact me in 3-4 days. After waiting a week I called again, each time I called I took consultants names and ref no. On the third time I requested to speak to the supervisor. After 5 day the supervisor called me, I explained my situation to her. Her name is Shoeneez. She promised that the data section will call me in 3-4 day but the never did. On the next billing cycle I was billed for R3400. I then spoken to a consultant called Porch she told me that the cost is justified. I told her that Im not happy and requested a comprehensive billing so I can see when and what site I went on the Internet. But did not received any feedback. My phone was disconnected on the 15 Oct, and on the 16 Oct I had to pay R3400 to have my phone reconnected. I then launch another query on the 16 Oct, USD: REQ 2791589 and REQ2791507. I was told I will get feedback in 3-4 days. Since then NO feedback. My phone is off.
