We used RSAWEB during more than 3 years to host our servers.
Because the quality of service was too bad, we wanted to cancel with RSAWEB.
We sent a cancellation letter but RSAWEB reply that because we signed a 2 years contract, we could not cancel with them.
The quality of their Internet connection was so bad that we had no other choice to keep our business running to move to another service provider at Teraco.
Now, RSAWEB sent us a termination letter to pay the remaining full year contract.
It is not nice because we always tried to keep good relationship with RSAWEB and they were aware of the Internet quality problem.
They just ignored it.
