Vodacom continues to promote as they support a company called Smart Call. I have had enough of their incompetent call-centre and customer service process when calling in. Samu gave me an attitude as she was assisting me. Why employ people that don't enjoy what they do? I have never came across a company that refuses to take ownership and accountability. Vodacom is suppose to protect their consumers from unlawful subscriptions created by a third parties, instead they enjoy making money from the airtime we purchase. Smart Call is a company that subscribes people and their airtime and the government fails to reinforce a policy or law that protects consumers. Imagine how many people are unaware of this and think that it is the normal Vodacom rates. #This is a conspiracy#
