I feel that I was violated and Vodacom is an accomplice to the that is being performed by Smart Call Technology Solutions. I never subscribed with the "Smart Call Technology Solutions" but they have been deducting R3 per day from my airtime each and every time I recharge. I am not utilizing a smartphone that I would accidentally click on the subscribe button. Vodacome needs to protect their consumers and send a notification when being subscribed, to such malicious activities and these companies are dating and porn sites. This should come to an end they need to be strict and start asking the companies to submit a signed application from the consumer. It is unlawful to be subscribed to something that you do not know and be charged for it.
