Took out a pay as you go with MTN, within 3 days all airtime by company subscriptions I have never heeard of or had contact with, namely: Peekaboo TV top ten, Switchfires ZA, all operated by Opera telkom, and a another dial up network company, on contacting MTN, they just brush you off, and say it is out of there control to protect your airtime, yet yhey are fully aware of these companies, there conact details, and what they are upto, and obviously do nothing about. I have now gone to Vodacom due to this issue, Vodacom admits they have had a lot of people migrating from MTN to them due to the same issue.
the number they permitted on is 0787040187, one operator had the cheek to tell me it is a recycled number that was not checked.
