I am so sick and tired of getting my phone bill and seeing Kulaville charges, this has happened three times. I cannot understand how cell phone networks allow this company who is obviously scamming customers out of millions daily; still allow this to happen? I actually now understand how this happens; when you google whats app - the first thing that comes up is the whats app logo - which one naturally clicks on. You then proceed to insert your number. The average person will not look at the actual link whilst doing this and this is how they claim customers willingly subscribe to their services! It took me, an average person to figure this out!?!?!?!?!? HOW ON EARTH CAN THIS BE SUCH A HUGE ISSUE. IT IS FAR BEYOND RIDICULOUS. When I called Vodacom & asked them to block this service; they said it was completely legal & they could not do anything to prevent this from happening again? U HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME???
