Giving incorrect feedback

Hi Cell C
This is now my 4th complaint. I have a Cell C contract via Nashua Mobile. I am a student at the University of Pretoria, and I stay in one of the residences. I have no internet connection on campus- which is a problem as I live there, but you are aware of the problems concerning coverage in the Hatfield area.

I have been complaining since February, but I keep on hearing you are busy building a tower in the nearby area- which doesn't help my current situation. I requested that my contract be cancelled without any penalties, but because you are 'working on the problem' my request was denied. Cell C told me that they are busy working with UP to put up a tower or a signal enhancer on one of our buildings. I have a email sent to me, requested by the rector of the University, telling me that you are not currently discussing anything of such. As I see it I was deliberately told a so that I can stop complaining?

If you struggle to get through to me, well it just proves my point, and I would appreciate it if someone that is aware of my escalated complaints phone me, and suggest a solution, not ask me to explain my problem again.
