Badly treated by a consultant

I went to MTN Bara Mall to buy data bundles and Airtime, i arrived there before 9 o'clock and i knew they are opening at 9 am. The other lady unlocked the door & went out it was a minute to 9 o'clock but i kept on waiting, whilst i was still outside another man came in but i didn't know his mission, i checked my cellphone it was 9 o'clock i also followed the man and got inside, one of the sales consultant chased me out and said they are not yet open, quietly i went out leaving the other customer inside, as i was on my way out one of the consultants (lady) was following me, and she was to widely open the door & block it so that it doesn't close.
Since i had no choice as i wanted the data bundles, i then got into the shop again and i asked the guy why was he chasing me out of the shop whilst it was already 9 o'clock, he told me never to argue and its too early to discuss issues with him he said he is using his system, he cant use my time from my phone and still he left me standing by the counter and went to the back of their office. Then the other consultant (Lungile) had to chip . may such employees be taken for shorter courses like Public relations and customer care course
