On Sat. 09/02/2013, we were scheduled to move in to a flat 916 and when I went to pick up the keys earlier (1 o'clock) the building manager was not around and when I called he said he was taking a child to orange farm and should be back around 4-5 o'clock. When we started off at my house it was 6 o'clock, thinking he should be there. To our surprise he was not there and told me we can move in the door was open then when he come we will do paper work. After 7 o'clock still he was not there and said he will be at 8 o'clock. then from that time till 9 o'clock his phone was on voice mail then at 9 o'clock it was just ringing. After 10 o'clock a friend answered on his behalf, while we waited till 12 o'clock mid night and to no avail. On Sun. I had to call him again after 9 o'clock to remind him that he left people hanging from yesterday while he went jollying. He then said he will come after finishing his bath. When he eventually came, the whole paper work took a mere 5 min. to complete. First impression last and for us, we will always have this experience about their properties. Inconvenience was coursed and disrespect was experienced. We were clearly not pleased with level of service.
